Waste of time. VA community care appointment. Doctor does an evaluation and does NOT give any cortisone shots the first appointment. Made me take a blood test which they mailed me the bill for (over $100) instead of billing the VA properly. Made me get an MRI which I told them 3 times I will use the VA, yet they try and force you to go with their MRI company which VA insurance doesn't pay for. Then, after all the MRI and blood tests or back, forces you to get re-evaluated to charge the VA again for a useless unnecessary appointment and then make another appointment to bill the VA again to get the shot. I still haven't got the shots. These people are just milking money from the VA. Once I get the shots, I will ask the VA community care to change docotrs. What a huge waste of them and some of the front desk staff and incredibly rude. They do NOT COMMUNICATE well with patients and I was told they would get back with me, or call me and NEVER did. I had to call multiple times to get an answer.

On Monday July 27,2026 I had my first appointment with Doctor Ashley Bailey-Classen. While I was waiting for my appointment a guy came in who was apparently running late and was in a bad mood. The front desk receptionist was extremely patient with him I was so amazed by her. She asked him informed since he was so late that she had to see if they would be able to see him and asked him to fill out paperwork. He kept getting angry. About everything. When she informed him that he would need to reschedule he got madder and yelled forget it! I know that is the way someone working in as a receptionist should always stay calm you never see it. And applaud her for being so professional and not letting him get her upset.
Doctor Ashley Bailey-Classen was very nice and took her time examining and asking questions. Then she explained and showed me where she would be giving me injections and an example of the nerve so I could understand.
Everyone of the office staff worked great with each other and truly worked as a team.

I highly recommend the treatment that Dr. Ashley Bailey-Classen provides. After many years of getting the run-around from PCM's and other clinics I was fortunate enough to find her and begin treatment. Dr. ABC is by far the best doctor I have ever had for my issues, i'm not sure how I would manage without her now. When I came into her clinic I was a mess and unable to fully participate and function in the activities I enjoy. From the moment I have been under her care, she has kept me upright and functioning at a level I have not seen in a long time. She is the best you could ask for in a doctor, intelligent, experienced, and compassionate.

The absolute best pain management doctor ever! I've been coming here to Trinity Pain Management for a long time and have always been very happy with the care that I get here. I saw dr Bailey today for my first visit. She did a great exam and seem to know exactly where all this pain is coming from.
Beautiful office with a great location.
She scheduled a couple of injections for my spine and SI joint. She was sweet and caring and did not dismiss my pain. We will see how they work and then move on to fixing my knee.
Really great appt.
I hate to read the negative comments on here but I understand that's just their opinion and some people you just can't make people happy no matter how hard you try.

Dr ABC is an amazing pain management specialist. She’s attentive & listens to your concerns. Her goal is to alleviate my pain as much as possible. She’d rather find another alternative to pain relief opposed to prescribing pain medications. Overall, she’s a beautiful human & I’m so grateful to have her on my medical team. I would definitely recommend her to anyone suffering from chronic pain. Her entire staff makes me feel welcomed & like they truly care about my health & me as a person!

The entire staff and dr are wonderful. Dr ABC gave me options and was very thorough walking me through what she thinks I need to help my my leg pain cause by L4-5. I would definatley recommend them. Dr Bailey was our first visit and she too was fabulous!

Had my first visit today and even with them just moving to a new space had a excellent experience. From the front desk all the way through felt like i mattered and they are setting a plan in motion so i can have to joy in life with my pain under control. Its step by step explained and we together will be able to find our way as a team. I am so hopeful for the future.

Dr. ABC was very thorough during my visit. I've only been once, but she was extremely interested in what I was describing. She and the staff had already gathered most of the records, which was a pleasant change from what I normally encounter ..
After going thru everything in great detail, she discussed some options and we came up with a plan. I'm looking forward to our next visit.
BTW, her office has been in a temporary building and she's proud to announce her new office will be opening the first week of January !

We are so impressed with the patient care the doctor and her staff have! They listen well, and don’t interrupt; they are thorough; they have deep connections with other doctors and surgeons and work above and beyond the normal routes to get you an appointment with them if needed.
